How much does a Team AI Adoption program cost?+
Programs start from A$8,500 (from NZ$9,200 in Auckland) and are custom-scoped to your team. The final figure depends on team size, the number of departments in scope, and how much governance and integration work is involved. We scope every engagement on a discovery call and send a fixed-price proposal — there are no per-seat charges.
How is this different from an AI workshop?+
A workshop teaches a room of people for a day. A Team AI Adoption program changes how a whole organisation works over 6–8 weeks. It includes a current-state assessment, an internal champions network, the tooling rollout, a governance and acceptable-use policy, and adoption measurement. Workshops are one component — the program is the system that makes the change stick.
What size team is the program designed for?+
We run programs for teams and organisations of roughly 10 to 200 people. Below 10, a one-day workshop is usually a better fit. Above 200, we phase the rollout department by department. Most clients engage us at the team, division or whole-of-organisation level.
Do we need to have chosen an AI tool already?+
No. Tool selection is part of Phase 1. We're Claude specialists — Rye is Australia's Claude Ambassador — but the assessment is vendor-honest. We recommend the tooling that fits your security posture, budget and workflows, and we don't take referral commissions.
Which cities do you deliver in?+
We deliver on-site across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Hobart and Darwin in Australia, plus Auckland in New Zealand. Programs can also run hybrid, combining on-site workshops with remote coaching and async support.
How do you measure whether adoption actually worked?+
We baseline your team's AI usage, confidence and workflows in Phase 1, then report against that baseline. You get adoption dashboards through the program and a formal 90-day review covering usage depth, workflow change and outcomes — so the result is evidence, not anecdote.
