Not at all. Claude Coworker training is designed for non-technical professionals — managers, analysts, marketers and team leads. No coding required and we cover everything from the interface up.
What's the difference between the three tiers?+
Foundations (2hr) covers the basics — interface, documents, files. Reporting & Analysis (2hr) goes deeper into data-driven workflows and recurring reports. Custom Deep Dive (3hr) is fully tailored to your team's specific use cases with a pre-session discovery call.
Can we combine tiers into a full day?+
Yes. Foundations in the morning plus Reporting & Analysis in the afternoon is our most popular bundle and runs at $900 per participant. Pair it with a Custom Deep Dive over two days for a fully tailored team upskill.
How many people per session?+
Minimum 5, maximum 15 participants per session — this keeps interaction high and lets every attendee get hands-on guidance from Rye.
Is there a refund policy?+
Full refund within 5 business days of purchase. If the training doesn't meet expectations we'll make it right — either with a follow-up session at no charge or a refund of the unused portion.
