Curriculum

What you'll learn

A practical, applied curriculum — no slideware, no theory-for-theory's-sake. Everything is built around exercises on your own laptop.

Claude fundamentals that stick

Get hands-on with both Claude Code (developer CLI) and Claude Coworker (documents, analysis, agents) — and walk away knowing exactly which tool to reach for.

Agentic workflows for real work

Move past one-shot prompts. Build multi-step workflows that draft reports, refactor code, run analysis and integrate with the tools your team already uses.

Australia-specific patterns

Built around Australian regulations, business norms and the stacks our clients run — not generic SaaS demos. Take home templates you can use Monday morning.

Team rollout playbook

Leave with a one-page rollout plan for your team — governance, security guardrails, training cadence, and the metrics to measure ROI.

Who it's for

Built for every kind of Claude user

Whether you work in code, documents, or strategy — there's a workshop slot for you.

Knowledge workers & operators

Managers, analysts, marketers, ops leads — anyone who works in documents, spreadsheets and email all day. Morning session is built for you.

Developers & engineering teams

Software engineers and dev leads ready to integrate Claude Code into daily workflows, build MCP servers, or evaluate the Agent SDK.

Founders & technical leaders

Founders, CTOs and engineering managers who need to make a confident call on Claude — for tooling, governance, hiring, and team training cadence.

Format

We do live classroom workshops only — the format the evidence keeps showing actually delivers behaviour change.

FAQs

Workshop FAQs

How much does a Claude workshop cost?+
Standard Claude workshops are $895 AUD per seat. That includes a full day of classroom-style training (9:30am – 4:30pm), morning tea and lunch, all workshop materials, take-home Claude Code / Coworker templates, and 30 days of post-workshop email support. Team bookings of 5+ qualify for a 10% discount.
What's included in the workshop?+
Every workshop is a hands-on, classroom-style day with a maximum of 12 attendees. You get six hours of live training with Rye Smith, real Claude Code and Coworker exercises run on your own laptop, all reference materials, lunch and morning tea, a printed cheat sheet, and a 30-day post-workshop Slack-style support channel for follow-up questions.
What should I bring on the day?+
Bring your laptop (Mac or Windows), a power cable, and your existing work projects if you'd like to apply what you learn to real code or documents. We'll send you a setup guide a week before the workshop so Claude Code is installed and ready before you arrive. No prior Claude experience is required.
What's your refund policy?+
Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop. Within 14 days we'll either transfer your seat to a later city date or refund 50%. If we cancel a workshop (low numbers or trainer unavailability) you get a full refund or a free transfer.
Do you offer team or private workshops?+
Yes. Private team workshops are available across Australia — we'll come to your office. Pricing starts at $4,500 AUD for up to 10 people and can be tailored to your stack and use cases. Contact us with your team size and city and we'll send a tailored proposal.
Are the workshops Claude Code or Claude Coworker?+
Each workshop covers both, with the mix tailored to the audience on the day. The morning session focuses on Claude Coworker fundamentals (documents, analysis, automation) so non-technical attendees get full value. The afternoon goes deeper on Claude Code for developers — agentic workflows, MCP servers, and CI/CD integration.
