We work in short, visible iterations so you see progress throughout rather than waiting for a single hand-off.
Do we need technical staff on our side?+
No. You bring the business knowledge — the workflows, the pain points, the systems — and we bring the build. We do involve your team in the scoping call and the handover so they can run and adjust the system afterwards, but you do not need engineers or developers on staff to work with us.
