What we deliver

Five ways we build AI into your business

Every engagement is scoped to your workflows. Most projects combine two or three of these into a single delivery.

Workflow Automation

n8n pipelines that remove the manual, repetitive work clogging your team's day — data entry, routing, reporting, follow-ups. We map the process, build the automation and wire it into the tools you already use.

Custom AI Agents

Purpose-built, Claude-powered agents scoped to a specific business task — triage, research, drafting, classification, QA. Not a generic chatbot: an agent that knows your context and runs the job end to end.

RAG & Knowledge Systems

Turn scattered documents, wikis, SOPs and tickets into a searchable, AI-queryable knowledge base. Your team asks a question and gets an accurate, sourced answer — no more digging through drives.

Internal Tools

AI-powered dashboards, assistants and apps built for the way your team actually works. Lightweight, focused interfaces that put automation and insight in front of the people who need it.

Integrations

We connect AI into your existing stack — CRM, ERP, comms, databases and line-of-business apps — so the intelligence lands where work already happens instead of in yet another tab.

How we deliver

Scope, build, integrate, handover

A clear five-stage delivery process. Fixed scope and price agreed up front, visible progress throughout, your team trained and supported at the end.

Step 01

Scope

A scoping call to map your workflows, find the highest-value automation, and agree a fixed, written project plan with clear deliverables and a price.

Step 02

Build

We build the automation, agents and tools — working in short, visible iterations so you see progress and can steer, not wait for a big-bang reveal.

Step 03

Integrate

We connect the build into your live systems — CRM, ERP, comms and data — and test it against real workflows until it holds up under everyday use.

Step 04

Handover

You get full documentation plus hands-on training so your team can run, tweak and trust the system. No black boxes, no lock-in.

Step 05

30-Day Support

Thirty days of post-launch support after handover — we monitor, fix and fine-tune so the build settles into production cleanly.

Canberra context

AI builds for the way Canberra businesses run

Canberra's economy is built around the federal government, and the businesses that thrive here are the contractors and consultancies that sell into it. Government and govtech vendors run on a very particular workflow: tender and RFT responses, capability statements, panel submissions, briefing material, and the compliance documentation that procurement officers demand before they will engage. AI implementation is tailor-made for this. We build custom agents that assemble first-draft tender responses from a knowledge base of past bids, n8n pipelines that automate document collation and review, and RAG systems that make every previous submission instantly searchable.

Defence and national security is the other pillar — Russell Offices, ADFA, and the dense cluster of contractors like Thales, BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman. These organisations carry enormous volumes of structured, sensitive documentation and reporting workflow, and they need tooling that respects classification and stays inside their environment. We build internal AI tools and agents scoped to security-cleared workflows, RAG knowledge systems over policy and capability libraries, and integrations that connect document and project systems so analysts stop rekeying the same information across them.

Canberra also runs one of Australia's highest concentrations of professional services per capita — legal, consulting, accounting and policy firms whose entire value is reputation, accuracy and turnaround. These teams want AI built into how they already work, not a platform that sits beside it. We scope the highest-value workflow, build it on n8n and Claude, integrate it into your existing CRM, document and comms stack, then hand it over with full documentation and team training. Four-to-twelve week projects, on-site in Canberra, with 30 days of post-launch support.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How much does an AI implementation project cost in Canberra?+
Projects start From A$6,000 and are scoped per engagement — the final price depends on the number of workflows, the systems we integrate with and the depth of build. Every project begins with a scoping call where we agree a fixed, written price before any work starts. We issue tax invoices with a full GST breakdown to your company name and ABN, and can send a quote for finance or procurement approval before the project starts.
What is AI Implementation — how is it different from your training?+
Our Claude workshops teach your team to use AI. AI Implementation is where we build it for you. This is a done-with-you / done-for-you delivery service: we scope, build and integrate AI into your real workflows — workflow automation, custom agents, knowledge systems, internal tools and integrations — and hand over a working system with documentation and training.
How long does a typical project take?+
Most engagements run 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope. A single workflow automation can land in a couple of weeks; a multi-system agent or a RAG knowledge base across a larger build sits at the longer end. We work in short, visible iterations so you see progress throughout rather than waiting for a single hand-off.
Do we need technical staff on our side?+
No. You bring the business knowledge — the workflows, the pain points, the systems — and we bring the build. We do involve your team in the scoping call and the handover so they can run and adjust the system afterwards, but you do not need engineers or developers on staff to work with us.
What technology do you build on?+
We build on n8n for workflow automation, Claude for the AI reasoning layer, and custom code where a purpose-built agent or tool is the right call. We integrate with the CRM, ERP, comms and data tools you already run. You own everything we build — there is no proprietary platform and no lock-in.
Do you deliver on-site in Canberra?+
Yes. We deliver remotely and on-site in Canberra — scoping workshops, integration sessions and team handover are often run in person, with the build work done remotely. We will agree the mix that suits your team during scoping.
What happens after the project is delivered?+
Every project ends with a documented handover and hands-on training so your team can run the system confidently. That is followed by 30 days of post-launch support — we monitor, fix and fine-tune so the build settles into production cleanly. Ongoing support and further build phases are available if you want them.
