What you'll learn

Six skills you'll walk out with

No theory dumps. Every module is built around the workflows you'll actually run on Monday morning.

Prompting frameworks that actually stick

Move beyond one-shot prompts. Learn the repeatable structures that turn Claude into a reliable teammate for briefs, reports and analysis.

Projects, files and persistent context

Set up Claude Projects so your team's brand voice, style guide, customer personas and reference docs stay loaded across every chat.

Working with files — the real workflow

Upload PDFs, spreadsheets, transcripts and slide decks. Get accurate summaries, structured extractions and rewrites without retyping a thing.

Voice, tone and brand consistency

Train Claude on your house style so every output sounds like your team — not a generic AI. Includes style guides, voice prompts and review loops.

Automations without writing code

Chain Claude into recurring workflows using Projects, custom instructions and lightweight integrations. No Python, no engineers required.

Governance for teams

Data privacy, approval workflows, hallucination spotting, and the team rituals that make Claude safe to deploy across marketing, ops and HR.

Auckland context

Built for the way Auckland teams actually work

Auckland is New Zealand's commercial centre and the head office for almost every major NZ corporate — banks, insurers, telcos, retailers, fast-moving consumer goods companies and the professional services firms that orbit them. The in-house comms, marketing and operations teams inside those organisations are exactly the audience this workshop is built for. They handle high-volume document work, board-level reporting, and increasingly, multicultural and multilingual content for a customer base that doesn't look like it did a decade ago.

NZ corporate marketing and comms teams in the Auckland CBD, Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter use Claude for board papers, investor comms, internal change comms, customer-facing content and the steady stream of stakeholder reporting that listed and dual-listed companies need to produce. Pasifika and Asian-market multicultural agencies — many based in Newmarket, Mount Eden and out toward Manukau and Botany — use Claude for transcreation briefs, audience research, campaign briefs and the cultural-context work that comes with serving Aotearoa's actual demographics. And financial services teams across the big-five banks and insurers use Claude for research, compliance comms, risk reporting and product copy.

This workshop is designed for those teams. Bring the board paper that's due Friday, the multicultural campaign brief that's been on hold, the compliance comms doc no one wants to draft. By 4:30pm you'll have working Claude Projects for at least two of them — calibrated for NZ voice, Aotearoa's bicultural and multicultural realities, and the specific governance constraints Auckland teams work within.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

How much is the Claude Coworker workshop in Auckland?+
NZ$1,175 per seat, or NZ$925 per seat when booking three or more from the same organisation. Price is fully inclusive of materials, morning tea and lunch, certification and three weeks of post-workshop email support with Rye.
What makes this different from the Claude Code workshop?+
Claude Code is for developers — terminal, agentic coding, codebase reviews and engineering workflows. Claude Coworker is for everyone else: marketing, operations, professional services, HR, founders. We focus on non-code workflows like documents, reports, research, briefs and team rollouts. Different audience, different curriculum, different vibe.
Do I need any AI experience?+
No. We start with the interface and assume you've never opened Claude before. Most of our attendees are smart professionals who've dabbled with ChatGPT but never built a serious workflow. By lunch you'll have a working Claude Project loaded with your team's brand voice.
Do I need a Claude subscription to attend?+
No — you can work in a free Claude account on the day. We'll show you what's possible on the free tier versus the paid plans and help you decide whether your team needs Claude Pro or Claude for Work. We don't take referral commissions on subscriptions.
Can my company expense it?+
Absolutely. We issue GST-compliant tax invoices to your company name and NZBN. Most attendees claim this as professional development. We can also send a quote for finance/procurement approval before you book.
Can we run this in-house for our whole team?+
Yes. We run private cohorts at your Auckland office for teams of 6 to 30 people, with the curriculum tailored to your stack, brand voice and specific workflows. Pricing is per-day rather than per-seat — contact us with your team size for a tailored proposal.
