Designer
We're looking for a Designer who's equal parts creative thinker and hands-on maker. You'll work across web, UX, and social — producing work that looks sharp and performs even sharper.
We use agentic design tools like Pencil.dev alongside traditional tools like Figma. If you're excited about AI-assisted design workflows and want to push what's possible with them, this is your gig.
What You'll Do
Design landing pages, website sections, and full page layouts that convert
Create social media graphics and ad creatives across platforms
Produce UX flows and wireframes for client projects and internal products
Work within and extend existing brand systems for clients
Use agentic design tools (Pencil.dev) as part of your everyday workflow
Collaborate with developers, strategists, and account leads to ship work that hits KPIs
Contribute to Spruik's own brand and marketing materials
What You Bring
Strong portfolio showing web design, UX, and social/graphic work
Experience with Figma (required) and openness to agentic/AI design tools like Pencil.dev
Solid understanding of responsive web design and design-to-development handoff
Eye for typography, layout, and colour — across screen sizes
Ability to work autonomously, manage your own time, and meet deadlines in a remote setup
Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment
Nice to Have
Experience with motion/animation (Lottie, After Effects, CSS animations)
Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify theme customisation
Understanding of conversion rate optimisation and how design impacts performance
Experience creating design systems or component libraries
Illustration or icon design skills
