Designer
We're looking for a Designer who's equal parts creative thinker and hands-on maker. You'll work across web, UX, and social — producing work that looks sharp and performs even sharper. What makes this role different: we use agentic design tools like Pencil.dev alongside traditional tools like Figma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design landing pages, website sections, and full page layouts that convert
- Create social media graphics and ad creatives across platforms
- Produce UX flows and wireframes for client projects and internal products
- Use agentic design tools (Pencil.dev) as part of your everyday workflow
- Collaborate with developers, strategists, and account leads to ship work that hits KPIs
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showing web design, UX, and social/graphic work
- Experience with Figma (required) and openness to agentic/AI design tools
- Solid understanding of responsive web design and design-to-development handoff
- Eye for typography, layout, and colour — across screen sizes
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setup
